Survey for Scott

I have a friend that is conducting a survey for his M.B.A. at Utah State. Visit the following link if you'd like to answer his 10 questions on preferences for computer operating systems:

I am conducting a research for a class and wondering if you may be able to take a 10-question survey. Go to this link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=rK9SFol2HQWufhDkq9Ie4g_3d_3d to complete the survey. Once you're done, do you think you can forward this survey's link to people that might be interested? Thanks.

Loren, you're simply just too awesome to help a brother out! Many thanks!!! So far, the survey has gotten a little more than 100 responses. The more responses I can get the better it can be good for me to analyze the results. Again, thanks for making a blog post about my survey!!!

this is not about the survey, although I happily did it. I missed the voting about the next car you should get. I like hondas a bunch, and we love our Matrix - I don't like the new body. If you want room, i'd get a Forester. Honda's new Insight - battery/engine driven is coming out in the next couple of months, priced lower than the Prius. Still, I see you in a Forester. Good reviews, good quality, all wheel drive.

Phil- thanks for the feedback. I actually didn't consider the Forester, but did see a few in the log when I test drove some outbacks. The Forester continues to win all/most of the awards in the small SUV category.

Glad Honda is re-releasing the Insight. I told a friend yesterday that I wish I had three cars- a Maxima SE, an Outback (or other SUV, like an X-Terra), and a hybrid, like a Prius.

I actually purchased a silver Element- it was a great deal and had great ratings, although it is very functional/utilitarian, I don't know if it suits me best. It's pretty "boxy." It runs really well, is an AWD, and has been great for 2-3 ski/x-country ski trips recently. Lots of gear room and can fit skis on the floor (4 pair). I'll have to post photos of it soon. I haven't taken any myself.
